Kandy is one of the most beautiful cities in Sri Lanka. Nestled among the green hills, the city has anno Kandy Valley which crosses an area of tropical plantations. Kandy is the capital of Central Province of Sri Lanka and the administrative district of Kandy. The ancient mountain town is a center of medieval culture, arts and crafts in the country. In the past, Kandy was the last capital of the kings in Sri Lanka. The origin of the name comes from the word “Kanda” meaning mountain and local Sinhala called it “Mahanuara” or “Great City”. Once the royal palace in Senkadagala was built by King Vikramabahu on behest of the Brahmans, who identified the place as the most appropriate for the construction of future capital. The first king who ascended the throne of Senkadagala is Wickramabahu Seine itself. Among the biggest attractions in Kandy is the temple of the sacred tooth of Buddha “Dalada Maligava” where you can watch the most popular prayer ceremony, the Museum of precious stones handicraft center and handmade goods, engraving workshop. Be sure to walk to the beautiful Kandy Lake, which was built in 1798 by the last of the kings Sinhala – Sri Lanka Radzhasing.

The historical monument, mountain and nature reserve Ritigala located in northern central province of Sri Lanka, 40 km to the south-east of Anuradhapura, close to the town of Habarana. Covered with dense jungle mountain Ritigala, reaches a height of 765 meters above sea level and is a habitat for many species of wildlife, including bears, leopards and elephants. At the top of the mountain you can see a large variety of very rare plants, including orchids amazing forest. When the island came to Buddhism, Ritigala was selected as a suitable location for the construction of temples. The first temple – Lanka Vihara, was founded here back in the 2nd century BC Another temple – Arittha Vihara, from which it is possible mountain got its name, was founded a century later. Later in the 9th century AD King Sena, made significant additions built on a slope above the large monastery complex, a group of priests – and called it Pansukulikas. On the hillside, there are many large and small caves, which were donated meditation. Before you make the gift of the caves have been removed all stinging and biting critters assigned dripping from the ceiling, water, and at the entrances to the caves were the doors. The path leading to the monastic complex, definitely displays an extraordinary mastery of the ancient builders.

Definitely each travel to this beautiful city will impress you with modernism and industrialism, which is making the view of the South Korean capital. Located on both sides of the Han River at the foot of a mountain NAMSA, the capital of the Asian country fascinates us with its unusual atmosphere in which the traditional image and traditions coexist harmoniously with modern and cosmopolitan vision of the city. In Sri Lanka, southern from Sigiriya, in the town of Dambulla at the top of the mountain (350 meters above sea level) is a Buddhist cave temple, which consists of five caves. Here gathered the largest collection of Buddha statues, many of which are already over 2,000 years. Looking visitors can not help but dwell on the frescoes adorning the walls and ceiling – it’s a real treasure of the temple wall paintings. On the left side on the ceiling displayed the main points of Buddha’s life: his birth, renunciation of royal life, enlightenment, seven weeks after enlightenment, first sermon read, care in the bliss of Nirvana … Remains of plaster with traces of paint on the outside of caves indicate that the temple was a solid gallery of paintings. The temple dates back a century. BC, but completed and rebuilt in the XII and XVIII centuries. In the XII century. the church was restored during the reign of King Nissankamally and 73 statues of Buddha covered with gold. After this, the temple became known as “The Golden Cave Temple”. In the XVIII century. restoration of the dynasty of artists painting engaged, living in the vicinity of Dambulla. A descendant of the dynasty continues the family tradition of using old tools and recipes for plaster and natural dyes. The temple is under UNESCO protection

It was simply an outstanding and an enthralling trip that I have ever been through on the roads of Vancouver in a great rental car. It was simply an unbelievable experience for us to make a journey on that amazing rental car which let us to pay marginal amount which is simply unbelievable. Vancouver is a place where I grow up but now I am staying at Toronto, Canada for my professional reasons. Whenever I got free, I will make a trip to Vancouver and enjoy the memories that I availed there in my childhood. It is simply an extraordinary feeling that you will find it when you make a trip to your home town after a long time. It happened to me last month when I have got holidays fortunately. I wanted to use those holidays and planned to visit my home town and to visit some of my friends over there. Hence I booked flight tickets to Vancouver and landed at Vancouver airport. Fukuoka is really nice and beautiful city in Japan, which is situated on the north shore of Kyushu island. The city is one of the oldest in the Asian country and in 2010 is one of the best places for living in the world. The city has great style, modern architecture and wonderful nature. The city has millions of tourists every year, who come to see the beautiful and well organized Japanese culture and the colorful culture. The city is not just an important tourist center, but also has well developed economy and trade. The zone, which is called The Tenjin area is the trading region of the city and has a lot of malls and modern architecture. The city is close to China and Korea, which supported the industry and the trading and definitely changed the culture of the locals. Fukuoka has also large port, which handle large amount of cargo every year. The city is actually one of the ten most populated cities in Japan. The population is over 1 million and growing really fast.
One of the best attractions in the city is Fukuoka Castle, which is situated in Ohori Park. The castle has very interesting history and interesting architecture. It was built in 16th century and in the past was claimed as the largest on Kyushu island. Also in the city is situated the National museum of Kyushu, where you can see more information for the Japanese culture and traditions. Definitely the tours in the museum will be highly attractive for the older people, but for the kids this will be a little boring. Of course the city has great attraction for them too. The largest Ferris wheel in the world is situated here and has the name Sky Dream Fukuoka. The facility has height of 120 meters and one spin of the wheel has length of 20 minutes. Definitely this is attraction, which is preferred by many tourists and mostly by the kids.

The city of Hiroshima is situated in the Southern part of Japan and definitely is one of the world attractions with tragic occasion. During the World War II in the city were released two atomic bombs. Definitely the city is visited by millions of tourists every year, who want to see some of the sightseeings and the most interesting places in Hiroshima.
The city has long history, which starts 4 centuries ago. One year after the foundation of the city, was built one of the most interesting and important sightseeings for Japan – Hiroshima Castle. The castle was destroyed during the World War II, but later reconstructed because of its historical significance.
